Push Bar and Wire Belt Automatic Feeders

Nieco offers two separate feeder types that come standard with most Nieco broilers-the push bar automatic feeder and the wire belt automatic feeder.

The push bar automatic feeder (see left) allows you to stack your product on the feeder, while a rotating bar pushes the product into the broiler chamber automatically. The push bar is ideal for cooking frozen, evenly shaped and/or stackable products (IE: burger patties, frozen/stackable products, etc.

The wire belt automatic feeder (see right) allows you to place your products on the belt individually, while it automatically feeds your product into the broiler chamber. The wire belt feeder is ideal for cooking product that has an uneven or non-stackable shape and can be either fresh or frozen (IE: chicken breast, fresh burgers, kabobs,etc.).

When ordering a dual belt unit you can specify what feeder type you want for each belt (pictured a Push Bar and Wire Belt combination).
