The start-up service is to verify the correct mechanical operation and broiling performance of the Broiler, make any necessary adjustments and calibrations and provide answers to any machine questions about operations, cleaning, assembly or re-assembly. The start-up service is not a training service. However, your servicer will provide all information that they can about the Broiler.
The start-up service is included in the purchase price of the Broiler. This service does not include delivery, installation or hookup.
The start-up service is to be performed at the time of installation or just shortly after. In the case of a new restaurant opening, before the start-up is scheduled the restaurant should have all functions of the Broiler (gas hooked up & turned on, electrical hooked up & exhaust hood operational) up and running including product on-site to test cook as well as employees to go over basic operation and maintenance of the Broiler. If a second trip is needed / requested that will be billable to the customer.
