Avoid Broiler Downtime by Having Critical Parts on Hand When You Need Them
You wouldn’t drive a car without a spare tire, right? The same thinking goes for your Nieco Automatic Broiler. Nieco broilers are known for long life and reliability, but from time to time, parts do fail, especially when they are old or have seen a lot of use.
To avoid broiler downtime during critical restaurant service periods, Nieco highly recommends that customers purchase and keep a spare parts kit on hand. This is especially important for high-volume locations or locations that do not have a parts distributor nearby or that stocks parts onsite.
Spare parts kits contain the items needed in the event of a failure that are detrimental to the operation of the broiler. The kits consist of but are not limited to the following parts:
- High Pressure Blower
- Brushless Gear Motor
- Ignition Module
- Hot Surface Ignitor
- Brushless Motor
- Transformer
- Slotted Flame Sensor
- Solid State Relay
- Digital Temperature Control
Spare parts kits may be purchased with a new broiler, or after your broiler has been in service.
