New Look, Expanded Functionality For Nieco’s Website

Our Website Relaunch Introduces a New Suite of Helpful Tools and Content Designed With the Customer in Mind

If it’s been awhile since you last visited, you may notice that something’s different. Earlier this month, we relaunched our website.

Our new home page provides easy access to service and support information, more in-depth information about our broilers – including their energy efficiency, and suitability for a variety of venues and menu items – along with one-click access to frequently sought after information about warranty registration, financing, start-up services and OEM parts.

Our new Support dashboard page offers customers a full view of online resources available to them including:

  • Access to our Service Department for assistance via phone or online
  • Contact information for local service providers worldwide
  • Access to downloadable product manuals, cleaning charts, and preventative maintenance schedules
  • Instructional videos for cleaning and broiler assembly

In addition, our website now features an intuitive new tool designed to help customers find the right broiler, based on their kitchen size, and preferences about utilities, belts and feeders, flow of operation, accessories, and more.

Jaime Nau, Nieco’s Director of Operations explains the changes:

We’re really excited to offer the broiler selector tool to our customers and future customers. We have broilers that are perfect for kitchens as small as a kiosk or snack bar, or as large as a stadium or amusement park. We offer a lot of different configuration options as well. With the selector tool, customers can explore our full line and filter down to the broiler best suited for their needs. Once they’ve configured the broiler they want, they can easily send that information to our sales team and receive a free quote on that exact model and configuration. In addition, along the way, customers have an opportunity to learn more about each different option, so they can really understand what they’re choosing.
