Nieco Was Here

This month, Nieco has been on the go! We’ve had the opportunity to travel to Georgia and North Carolina to showcase our products to The Hansen Group and Griffin Commercial Kitchen Equipment. Working with professional chefs to show off what Nieco has to offer. We have even more demo events coming up in July, with our next few visits taking place in Houston and Dallas, TX to cook up some delicious steak.

Featured Customer – Full-service Restaurants

From proteins to vegetables to saving time, Nieco has long-standing value when it comes to supporting Full-service restaurants. Nieco is great at handling select high-volume food items, which frees up chefs and line cooks to focus on the more specialized dishes on the menu. Cutting a bit of the chaos in the kitchen while improving throughput and contributing peace of mind.

Featured Product – MV GOURMET

We want to shine a light on the MV Gourmet. Similar to its namesake in the MV63 or MV64 models, the MV Gourmet sports a fantastic capacity to cook proteins and vegetables, but this time with a larger cooking chamber opening for more flexibility when cooking bone-in or larger proteins. Allowing for much more variety of use.

The MV Gourmet is a great option for kitchens that cook a lot of bone-in proteins like chicken or ribs. The larger chamber opening makes it an easy option to add the finishing touches on proteins once they’re out of the oven for juicier meat and a more even cook.

Upcoming Closures & Events

• Happy 4th of July! Our offices will be closed in observance of the holiday.
