National Restaurant Association Show

On May 17-20th, Nieco exhibited in the Middleby booth at the National Restaurant Association show in Chicago, IL. This is a massive event for the food service industry with over 50,000 food service professionals in attendance at this years’ show, representing 110 countries!

Our booth featured an automated burger and chicken bar, which helped a single team member cook over 1,500 burgers throughout the show. Impressive, right? We were also fortunate enough to exhibit with Evo’s Ventcore ventless hood which eliminated nearly all exhaust and emissions, making the Ventcore with Nieco charbroiler a great solution for locations where installing traditional exhaust hoods can be difficult.

Featured Customer – Stadiums

The Nieco is especially valuable for high-volume kitchen needs, such as stadiums, arenas, and other high-capacity venues. Not only does it save time, it’s also easy to use. Employees can cook hundreds of proteins per hour with minimal hands-on labor from their very first day! The push bar accessory can be used to further minimize labor time at the grill, as stackable food items are  automatically loaded into the cooking chamber.
